Fifa Awards

Bola.com, Zurich - FIFA kembali menggelar penganugerahan untuk berbagai kategori terbaik di Zurich, Senin (9/1/2017). Gelar bergengsi pemain terbaik dunia yang kini bernama The Best FIFA Men's Playerjatuh ke tangan Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo meraih 34,54 persen suara. Adapun Lionel Messi harus puas berada di urutan kedua dengan perolehan 26,42 persen suara. Sementara itu, posisi ketiga diduduki Antoine Griezmann dengan raihan 7,53 persen suara.

Ini merupakan penghargaan The Best FIFA Men's Player (sebelumnya bernama FIFA World Player of the Year) kedua yang diraih Ronaldo. Sebelumnya, Ronaldo pernah mendapatkan penghargaan ini pada 2008.

Sementara itu, Ronaldo juga pernah mendapatkan penghargaan serupa pada 2013 dan 2014 saat FIFA dan France Football bergabung untuk membuat penghargaan FIFA Ballon d'Or.

Untuk kategori wanita, gelar pemain terbaik jatuh ke tangan kapten Amerika Serikat, Carli Llyod. Tahun lalu, Llyod juga mendapatkan penghargaan serupa saat FIFA dan France Football masih bekerja sama.

Selain dua penghargaan untuk pesepak bola pria dan wanita terbaik dunia, FIFA juga membuat beberapa kategori lain, seperti The Best Men's Coach (pelatih pria terbaik), The FIFA Puskas Award (gol terbaik), serta The FIFA Fan Award (suporter terbaik).

TRIBUNNEWS.COM - Siapa pemain sepak bola tercepat di dunia? Mayoritas pasti menjawab Cristiano Ronaldo, atau Gareth Bale, atau Lionel Messi! Iya, memang beberapa tahun ini kecepatan ketiga pemain tersebut sungguh luar biasa. Tak ada bek yang mampu mengejar ketiganya saat mereka berlari.

Tapi jika CR7, Bale, dan Messi, diadu lari dengan manusia tercepat di dunia, Usain Bolt, siapa yang menang? Pasti semua kompak menjawab yang menang sudah pasti adalah Usain Bolt. Sprinter asal Jamaika tersebut adalah pelari jarak pendek paling cepat sedunia. Lalu, adakah pesepakbola yang bisa mengalahkan Bolt?

One and only, Hector Bellerin. Bek kanan Timnas Spanyol ini ternyata mampu mengalahkan catatan lari Usain Bolt. Catatan lari pemain Arsenal ini di luar perkiraan semua orang. Dia sanggup berlari jauh lebih cepat daripada pelari yang memiliki julukan The Lightning Bolt tersebut.

Perbandingan kecepatan Bellerin dan Usain Bolt diambil dari jarak lari 40 meter saat keduanya mulai berlari kencang. Catatan lari tercepat Bellerin diambil ketika Arsenal melawan tuan rumah Swansea City, 25 Oktober 2015.

Sementara untuk catatan perebut dua kali medali emas Olimpade 2008 dan 2012 nomor sprint 100 meter, Usain Bolt, diambil ketika dia berhasil memecahkan rekor dunia sprint 100 meter tahun 2008 lalu.

Dalam jarak lari 40 meter, pemain Spanyol ini menorehkan catatan waktu 4,42 detik saja. Sementara Bolt di jarak yang sama hanya sanggup meraih waktu 4,64 detik. Jika keduanya belari sprint beriringan dalam jarak tempuh 40 meter, maka Bellerin berada 2 meter di depan Bolt saat menyentuh garis finish.

Rata-rata kecepatan lari Bellerin adalah 35,2 km/jam atau yang tercepat di antara pesepakbola lainnya di dunia. Catatan waktu Bellerin hanya mampu didekati oleh penyerang sayap Real Madrid, Gareth Bale, yang memiliki kecepatan lari rata-rata 35,1 km/jam.

Atas rekor kecepatan yang luar biasa tersebut, fans The Gunners menyematkan julukan baru kepada Bellerin yaitu The Thunderbolt atau Si Petir atau El Rayo dalam bahasa Spanyol yang menggambarkan saking cepatnya lari pemain bernomor punggung 24 di Arsenal tersebut.

Melihat catatan larinya yang mampu mengalahkan Usain Bolt, Bellerin mengaku kaget. Pemain yang merupakan didikan asli akademi La Masia Barcelona itu berusaha merendah dengan menyebut Usain Bolt tetaplah manusia tercepat di dunia.

Selama memperkuat Arsenal musim 2015/2016, pemain berumur 21 tahun ini mampu mencuri satu tempat utama di tim asuhan Arsene Wenger menggeser para seniornya seperti Nacho Monreal, Jenkinson, dan Debuchy di posisi bek kanan.

Dengan catatan impresif Bellerin selama di Arsenal musim ini, sungguh naif jika Vicente del Bosque memanggilnya ke Euro 2016 hanya dengan alasan karena cederanya Dani Carvajal. Mau ada atau tidak ada Carvajal, sudah selayaknya Bellerin menghuni skuat Spanyol. Sudah selayaknya pula posisi bek kanan La Furia Roja diisi pemain Arsenal ini.

The Asturian coach has stuck firmly to his belief in rotating players, demonstrating his ability to manage a dressing room packed with stellar talent.

The Spanish coach rounded off his three-year stay with Bayern Munich in style, winning the Bundesliga, German Cup and Super Cup titles, though the UEFA Champions League eluded him once more. For a third season running, the German club lost out to Spanish opposition in the semi-finals, this time to Atletico Madrid. Guardiola has now taken on a new challenge with English Premier League side Manchester City. Sticking to his principles, he promptly embarked on a major overhaul of his squad and began his tenure with an impressive 11-match winning run.

Jurgen Klopp took charge of Liverpool in October 2015, introducing himself as 'The Normal One'. Yet there is nothing ordinary about the German coach. He expresses his passion for the game in an inimitable style on the touchline, tirelessly and emotionally driving his players onwards. A feature of his teams is an aggressive and dynamic style of play, characterised by a hard-running, counter-pressing strategy. Klopp led the Reds into the UEFA Europa League final in his first season, having earlier pulled off a minor miracle against his former club Borussia Dortmund in the quarter-final second leg at Anfield. They lost the title-decider 3-1 against FC Sevilla in May 2016. Time will tell whether or not Klopp will finally win silverware again for a club with such a rich tradition, but the English side's board of management firmly believes he can, as they showed in handing him a contract extension until 2022.

The very fact that, for the first time since the English Premier League was established in 1992, Tottenham Hotspur were involved in a title race that went down to the wire speaks volumes about the extraordinary season Mauricio Pochettino had as coach. In his second year in the Spurs dugout, the Argentinian continued to put his faith in the club's youthful talents to play attractive, bold and effective football. He led Tottenham to their first top-three finish since 1990, thereby securing qualification for the UEFA Champions League for the third time in the club's history. His ability to improve players has even influenced the England national team: five Tottenham regulars formed the backbone of the Three Lions' side at UEFA EURO 2016 in France.

Diego Simeone again went close to a European triumph in 2016 after finishing as a UEFA Champions League runner-up for the second time in three years. His Atletico Madrid side lost to Real Madrid on penalties in the final, but did manage to knock out Barcelona and Bayern Munich en route. In his fifth year as coach of Los Colchoneros, Atletico were once again involved in the Spanish league title race until the very end before finishing just three points behind champions Barcelona. He succeeded in polishing the rough diamond that was France's Antoine Griezmann, and despite the departures of key players such as Mario Mandzukic, Miranda and Arda Turan, Simeone was able to replace them with less well-known faces like Yannick Ferreira-Carrasco and Stefan Savic, among others.

Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin has explained why he opted to leave Barcelona!

Hector Bellerin says he left Barcelona for Arsenal at the age of 16 because the Premier League side made it clear it desperately wanted him.

The right back was set to sign professional terms with the Catalans when the Emirates outfit came knocking in 2011, and he did not need to think twice about their offer after paying Arsenal a visit.

"When you get to 16 at Barcelona, it's the age that you sign your main contract. I was about to sign that, but we knew there were a lot of other options because you always get them from other teams at that time. I didn't have the option to come to Arsenal until I was right about to sign with Barcelona," Bellerin told the official Arsenal website.

"When it came, they were so serious about it, more serious than any other team. They made me feel really wanted. I came here for a weekend. I met the boss and I remember I went to the game. We beat Manchester United and I remember [Aaron] Ramsey scoring. I still have all those images in my mind. To be 16 years old, to be able to speak to the boss and get reassured that they really wanted me, plus seeing all the facilities at the training ground and how easy they were going to make it for me to adapt, it all made me tell my parents that I wanted to come here.

"I remember I was on the plane back and I already said to my mum that I wanted to come to Arsenal. My mum was like, 'Are you sure you can leave your family and friends?' But there was something inside telling me this was the right choice to make and, at the moment, I'm very happy that I made that step."

Bellerin has been a key figure for Arsenal this season, making 14 appearances in the Premier League.

Sumberbola.com – Guardiola: Jika Punya Messi, City Lebih Bagus dari Barca – Manajer Manchester City, Pep Guardiola belum lama ini telah mengatakan bahwa timnya saat ini lebih bagus daripada mantan dua klubnya, Barcelona dan Bayern Munich, jika saja memiliki pemain seperti Lionel Messi di dalam skuat.
Sebelum mengambil peran sebagai pelatih kepala di Manchester, Guardiola sendiri memang pernah menjabat peran yang sama di Barcelona dan Bayern Munich. Dengan kedua klub tersebut, ia telah mendapatkan banyak penghargaan utama, baik di liga maupun di Eropa.
“Kami bermain bagus, lebih cepat daripada Munich dan bahkan Barcelona, ketika kami memiliki satu pemain seperti Messi yang menakjubkan dan membantu kami untuk membuat langkah-langkah,” kata Guardiola.
“Secara umum, saya sangat puas dalam waktu singkat kami telah bersama-sama. Kami menyerang dengan 10 pemain dan mencoba untuk tidak memberikan serangan balik. Saya memutuskan ini karena saya melakukan itu semua pada karir saya, menyerang dengan ruang yang lebih kecil dan bertahan dengan ruang yang lebih besar. Untuk itu Anda perlu waktu, tapi saya yakin ketika Anda mampu melakukannya Anda lebih menarik dan Anda lebih aman.
“Tentu saja, kita perlu waktu di dunia di mana kita tidak memiliki itu. Tapi secara umum saya puas. Ketika kita berbicara tentang pertandingan terakhir (melawan Chelsea), saya sangat puas.
